I visited this facility
Cadence at Mt. Zion is a wonderful facility and very clean. Everybody was friendly. They have fantabulous staff. The rooms were very nice, skilful-sized, and clean. Everything is keen. They offer a lot of activities. They were very well-organized. They were ready and waiting for us when we got there for our interview, so I was very pleased with that. The location is good.

My dad stayed at Cadency at Mt. Zion for four months. It turned out to be a very nice facility. He had a pleasant stay there. He was able to come across friends, and his terminal days at that place were very, very nice. I similar the upkeep of the facility and the intendance that the workers did towards the seniors. They were expert people. I didn't attempt the food at all, just the nutrient, probably from my dad's opinion, could improve some with more diversity. They accept a lot of activities even church services. They have field trips where they would take them to the store or to different places as needed. They had similar bingo, tic tac toe, a lot of arts and crafts, and and then also they had like game night up into the social area with the TV. They have benches, there are rocking chairs on the front function of the entrance, and then in the middle is the courtyard with benches in the garden area.

Cadence at Mt. Zion was a nice facility. Everything looked up-to-date. It was very clean, and the residents looked happy. It but seemed like a good place to have a senior denizen. I liked everything I saw. Everybody was helpful, and I got to run into a few of the caretakers. Everything was pretty well maintained and seemed adept from what I noticed.

I visited this facility
Cadence at Mt. Zion was just immaculate, and the staff was very professional person. I went to see assisted living, and the room sizes were very large, so they were kind of similar a little studio, or most a one-sleeping room flat. The rooms, the hallways, and the walls were all immaculate. I had an appointment and the staff met us on time, and my female parent really liked the facility. There was a service or something that was going on while nosotros were there. We had an opportunity to see some of the activities, and some of the residents participating in them. We didn't endeavor the food, only we saw the dining facilities. They have three different dining facilities, and you lot can choose to eat. If you're challenged, you just have to say if y'all can't hold a fork or something. They've got a dining facility where yous tin can consume, and you can get assistance with eating. If you lot're more independent, you can go to a dining room where more than contained folks go. You bring your own food, or you consume their food, and they permit yous to swallow on your ain because you have that ability. They take three levels to choose from in those dining facilities. Even the landscaping at Cadence was immaculate. They had some people that were actually there doing some lawn landscaping and lawn care. There was no paper on the basis, no trash, even the parking lot had no trash. The landscaping was very well-maintained, and the grass was edged. If a person wants to sit outside, they could exercise so, and it was pleasant out there.

The rooms were prissy, and it appears that the residents were well taken care of. All the staff greeted them when they were walking effectually, and from what we understand, there are a lot of activities that they have too. So, we were extremely happy with what nosotros saw.

The director at Cadence at Mt. Zion was great and very informative. Once I started to speak most what I was looking for and what I needed for my dad, she agreed that it'south non the place for him and information technology's likewise restrictive for his needs at the moment. She was very helpful in explaining what they could offering and what was possible at that location. She said that some of their residents still bulldoze, and they can come and go at their leisure. But at retentiveness intendance, they have locks. She showed me a room which I thought looked nice. It looked more than similar a room and less similar an apartment. Both assisted living and retentiveness intendance are housed in the same building, but they're on different wings. We walked throughout the grounds, it's not a huge facility. The staff I talked to said "This facility might not be good for you. All the same, here are a few more options that you might similar." This place was cute, it's squeamish cadence and my noesis was beautiful.

My brother was in Cadence at Mt. Zion, but he had sores on him in a short amount of time so we left. He had fallen and nobody attended to him, so the peel was scraped off his paw and his knee. The cable people came to put his cablevision in, but the receptionist chased them out. It was cute from the outside, but we had a problem when the girl cussed out the cablemen. Some other issue he complained about is that they only served them something like ii pieces of bacon. I Facetimed him all the time, and at one point he had on three unlike chain necklaces and they were all tangled around his cervix with his mask choking him and he hadn't realized what was happening to him. Another thing was I gave them a check for $1,000 upfront and and so wrote them a check for $4,200 for the first month and he was there for less than ii weeks. The first k they said didn't have a purpose. On his 5th 24-hour interval was when she cussed the cable person even though he showed her his uniform and told her that he was there for the cable. On the quaternary day they called and said that they needed to charge me for having his medicine bubble wrapped. I called the director to say that I was going to movement him because nosotros were already having too many issues. They as well had a long list of extra things they were going to charge him for, and I already told them upfront what my upkeep was. The final straw was when the lady cussed out the man and when I looked at their ratings and information technology was all a one. Then the managing director said that she stands past the person who cussed out the cable human being considering she has worked with her for 10 years, but I stand past the cable man because if their staff member cussed him out, how would they treat my disabled blood brother? They merely bathed him once a week even though he was incontinent. At one point they said they were going to accept him to play bingo, and he was looking forrard to it because he had been quarantined, but they never came. They also didn't tell me upfront that I was going to replenish his room, so I had to spend $2,000 to get everything for his room and at present it'south just sitting in my garage. When I picked my brother upwardly he had a skinned knee and his palm and knee were bleeding.

The tour at Cadence at Mt. Zion was very squeamish. The staff was very cooperative and informative, and the identify itself was really ideal. In that location was nothing I was really concerned about if my sister and blood brother-in-law were to live there, but their income is below the cost. The room they showed us was very prissy, nicely busy, clean, and more than like an flat. They accept a squeamish layout of activities.

I liked Cadency at Mt. Zion. It was spacious, and at that place weren't people sitting all around. There were people in the play area, simply it was not overcrowded. The people in charge were very considerate, asked questions, and were concerned. They took them out shopping and a whole agglomeration of other activities. It was a great identify. I would get at that place myself. The staff was very informative and took me all effectually, and the place was very clean and inviting. It's well-nigh like living in a nice hotel. Elmcroft of Mt. Zion was very overnice. The staff was very friendly. We had lunch there and the food was really expert. The rooms were very nice. Everybody had his/her own furniture, so each one was decorated differently. It was very prissy. The seating expanse was very nice out front. They have patios outside. The staff was really concerned. They introduced my mom around to dissimilar staff members.

My visit at Elmcroft was slap-up. It was a very nice, clean community. The staff members were very nice and answered all my questions. The dining area was nice and decorated nicely with the tablecloths and cheery flowers on the tables. Overall, Elmcroft had a very nice atmosphere. The staff members were great.

I like Elmcroft of Mt. Zion because it didn't feel institutionalized. I liked the rooms, the staff, and the environment. They provide different activities for different levels throughout the customs. There are also three meals served every day. My female parent will be in the memory intendance and information technology's kind of all-in. The simply thing I have to do is brand arrangements for when she needs to have her hair done, and I have to bring all her toiletries.

If I accept a loved one at Elmcroft of Mt. Zion, I would be comfortable with it. It was good considering no one was wandering around by themselves. They accept an activity room, but I didn't see anyone in there solitary. There was somebody there with the people who were trying to involve themselves in physical activities. I thought that was good and safe. The staff seemed to care and they spoke in friendly and overnice tones. Nosotros also went to a pic theater. They seemed to take a variety of plans that people tin involve themselves in. The place was clean. The people were pleasant and smiled at u.s., which was important.

When I was at Elmcroft of Mt. Zion, the bathroom wasn't working. The eating surface area seemed too crowded. In that location was a big gap in the door, and I thought that a lot of things could come through the gap. The staff was OK.

We love it, and he is quite happy at Elmcroft. It was very clean, the service they give to their patients and the people that alive in that location are amazing. The identify was nice and clean. Everybody is professional person and go out of their way to aid. My father in law is in memory care, and they accept art 24-hour interval, singing, games during the day, and all kinds of activities to keep them active.

Elmcroft of Mt. Zion was very pleasant. The location is good, and information technology would have been very convenient for me because I worked correct down the street. It wasn't a very large customs which what I was looking for. The grounds were good, and the staff I talked to was very helpful and gave me information. Somebody I know already had someone in that location, and they were pleased with the facility.

My parents are at Elmcroft of Mt. Zion now. Information technology'due south cute as far as the looks and the ambient of information technology, merely what I don't like about it is the response time. I've been there a few times when my dad and I take called, and it took them 45 to 50 minutes to come. They said they were changing shifts and were in conference, and that's what took so long, just to me that was still unacceptable. They've gotten rid of some people and new management has come in. Information technology has very good nutrient. The rooms and the bathrooms are overnice likewise. They have sliding doors, and they have mirrors on the closet. My mom walks with a walker, and my dad's dorsum is always bothering him, but their room is on this long hallway, and it's the last room on the hallway. I've asked them several times and they said they have the availability, but I'thou waiting on them to motility them. I call up it'southward but too much for them to walk this long hallway. The rooms have a big quondam privacy gate that's around them, and when you open up upwardly the blinds and look out the window, you can't see annihilation but a privacy gate.

We liked the security and cleanliness at Elmcroft. The staff seemed very friendly. In that location was a diversity of nutrient; I like that the menus were up and posted in places. Elmcroft of Mt. Zion was very nice. My mother liked the feel of information technology. Information technology felt like home and was one level. They had transportation that would take them shopping. They had activities. We did not eat in there, merely the card looked very nice, and the nutrient was cooked on the premises. They had movies nights, also.

I visited this facility
I actually liked Elmcroft of Mt. Zion considering of the flat area where you could move, and there was but i flooring. The rooms were dainty. In the resident's room, they could sit by the window, and they could run across all the greens and everything out there. The staff was very friendly. The dining area was very inviting. They had like a long hallway, and they posted photos of the residents of what they did. That was really nice. When I was there, they were getting gear up to go outdoors. There was a bus, and the people were lined up getting set up to board the bus. The place was actually inviting. I liked the style they showed us stuff, like the resident could have the accomplishment posted to show their pride when they were more contained.

All of the comments would exist that the facility is nice, and the staff is very nice, and they are very accommodating. Elmcroft of Mt Zion was fine. The rooms were okay, and they were a overnice size. The people were friendly. I can't remember the activities, but I remember they showed me the room where they did the activities. I have placed my begetter in a personal intendance home, and I am not sure that I actually want to identify him anywhere. But I would recommend this facility to others; It was nice. The staff member who gave usa the bout was really friendly and very accommodating.

Their suites were smaller at Elmcroft at Mt. Zion. I was not able to eat at that place, but they practise have a nice dining room with linens, tablecloths, and napkins on the table. I experience that at that place is really not much to practise. They do take a reading room and places for the residents to sit down out. They accept squeamish garden. The whole facility is very clean and very quiet. Everybody seemed to be happy.

Nosotros had to wait for our turn when we had our visit at Elmcroft at Mt. Zion. There was a mix up of time. Cleanliness-wise information technology was OK. I have my mother in Elmcroft. She'southward simply been there almost one-half a calendar month. I similar the atmosphere and the people. They seem to be caring and attentive. It's immaculate. Her room is big enough for her. She has her own individual bathroom, and she tin can lock her door. The dining area is similar going out to dinner. From the moment you walk into the doors here y'all can feel the warm cozy temper. The staff is well trained and is friendly. The residents seem to be happy and well cared for. At that place is a Retentiveness care unit of measurement for those suffering from Dementia and Alzheimer'south with compassionate caring staff. In that location are outings to town shopping and Arts events likewise as Card Games Span and Poker are popular activities. The home was beautifully maintained and busy and in that location were activities for the residents. The kitchenette was both beautiful and safe to use for my mother's elderly friend who stays at that place. Additionally, the surrounding expanse is great; there's a lot to do. Basically every shop you would desire is contained inside a two mile radius of here, so information technology keeps the residents on their feet while at the aforementioned time providing a situation where anything is just five minutes abroad. In that location is an agile calendar of events and activities, Bingo, Movies with Fresh Popcorn fabricated in an old style Pop Corn Machine. There is no shortage of things to do hither. The seniors are agile and full of life. The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. I can imagine warm summertime nights here with fire flies lighting the dusk. I love everything about Cadency at Mt. Zion. They have a squeamish garden. They have good food. It looks like it was a eating house staff situation. It was very nice. The bout was wonderful. They were groovy. The facility was beautiful. They did outings. They have a lot of activities. The rooms were very nice. They had a private and semi-private, and both were beautiful.

I think the Cadency at Mt. Zion was very professional and there was someone there to meet us. They gave us the tour and told us everything about their policies and procedures. Any questions that we have were answered appropriately. They were very, very nice, greeted usa with a smile, and offered us snacks while we waited. It was a nice experience every bit far as the bout. The prices were just a little steep for what nosotros're looking for. I also don't think that the place would be appropriate for my sister. I saw a lot of elderly people in the dining room and some of them were spitting on themselves and things like that. My sis'south merely 60 and she won't be able to deal with that. I was shown a room and it was occupied. The lady that was in there had several complaints. I don't call back I would exist interested in bringing my sister there. I'm going to have to phone call them and let them know I. I explained all this to my sister and she didn't seem like she would be interested in it after what I've seen. We looked at retention care. She can do everything else herself. Just forgetfulness and not remembering is the biggest upshot. They did what they were supposed to do. They let me know and give me the information that I would need. Information technology'southward just that I didn't like what I saw as far as the surroundings. It was a clean environment, but I didn't similar the elderly people and the complaints that some of the residents had. I didn't see any peers or anybody that she could relate to. I thought that they should have more equipment in at that place for their footling gym room where they work out. It just had one wheel. She did say, though, that they were getting more equipment in at that place. I thought the porch could have been a little chip cleaner. It was a rainy day, and then I couldn't see the exterior likewise much but other than that, I idea it was pretty make clean. In that location were a lot of patients in the dining room then information technology looked like they do become the patients out to be around other patients too.

Nosotros liked Cadency at Mt. Zion a lot. The guy who showed united states of america around was real squeamish. My male parent could take his own private little room and we could bring his little dog to visit. It was spic and span and it smelled good. Everybody was friendly. They answered all of our questions. I don't have anything negative to say near it. I've seen a lot of elderly people sitting around and playing games at that place.
